Whenever anyone came up with “What to eat in Setapak?” The most answered would be the charcoal fried Hokkien mee. But this time round, I would be recommending a Korean restaurant which situated along the busy road of Jalan Genting Klang.

Mr. Dakgalbi, the name literally telling you what they are serving. Dak galbi is a popular Korean dish generally made by stir fried marinated chicken in gochujang (chili pepper paste). Originated from Chuncheon, Gangwon Province, Korea. Here in Mr. Dakgalbi, you will never get to find any Bibimbap, Japchae and Pajeon. It is solely dak galbi served here, but maybe a little changes on the ingredients.

I’ve tasted the common dak galbi elsewhere. So this time, I make a little changes to my appetite and ordered the seafood dak galbi. As you see the photo, everything is seafood and the spirit of dak galbi still remains there, saw the red colour thingy in the center? It is marinated chicken thigh in gochujang paste. I had prawns, mussels, scallops, squids AND………….

THE OCTOPUS!!! This octopus is cut down from a very huge size octopus. See the thick flesh? Hmmmmm… I’m getting really hungry now ~
